Dr Garcia graduated with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of the East in 1999. 
 
In 2011 and 2013 Dr Garcia pursued further studies to enroll in the PAED-UCLA Esthetic Continuum Program  at the UCLA, College of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California. 
 
From 2015 to 2021 Dr Garcia performed her duties as PAED Secretary and as board member from 2023 to 2025. 

Dr Garcia has a private dental practice. She is also a private school dentist and serving as a Community Health Dentist in Plainview, Mandaluyong City.
